Building Wrench provides general facility-maintenance information for routine work. It is not engineering advice, a code determination, or a substitute for manufacturer instructions, site procedures, or a qualified professional.

Energized electrical, refrigerant, gas, life-safety, and structural work must be performed by qualified, licensed people. Stop and call a professional whenever the app says to.

Building Wrench Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be cancelled in your App Store account settings. Free features remain available without subscribing.
